BLUE & GOLD COORDINATOR
Position Description
Set date for banquet; reserve meeting room at St. Anne’s Church
Coordinate with Cubmaster who will handle the activity programs
Coordinate with Pack Committee on budget and awards to be presented
Plan menu and arrange for catering company
Purchase other food items (cake, beverages, condiments, etc.)
Purchase decorations, plates, plasticware, etc.
Set up; decorate the hall on Sunday morning
Set up & help serve food at the event
Collect meal fees from those attending
Clean up.
Desired Skills & Requirements
Organized, detail oriented.
Regularly attends monthly pack committee meetings.
Supports the policies of the BSA.
Will complete Youth Protection Training before starting in the position.
Estimated hours per week: 0-2
Timeframe: Year-round, 1-2 years in the role plus one year of mentoring replacement
Leader uniform required: no, but encouraged
